BREAKING: In a 6-3 ruling, the Supreme Court has nuked a Trump-era DOJ attempt to ban so-called bump stocks by regulatory fiat. The court ruled that the agency “exceeded its statutory authority by issuing a Rule that classifies a bump stock as a ‘machinegun.’”

Executive Orders, Regulatory Agency "rules", and Court dictates are not substitutes for properly proposed, debated, amendended, and pass legislation by Congress.

Congress needs to get back into the legislative sausage making business.

If Congress isn't passing budgets on time nor legislating, they are wasting the People's time and money.

Now if had been the FBI, this  would have been an awesome announcement.

We really need to force some 10th amendment efforts to change the total scope of the FBI.  From present crooked politico-configuration  to coordinaton and facilitation of law enforcement between the states.....   Where it really needs to be.
