There are a ton of counties to review, but from my vantage point and review, I think Walker has hit his high water mark.  Most of his rural county votes are in, while maybe 50-60% of Metro-ATL has only been counted.  Then add the fact, that area  has been on freeze mode for approaching 30 minutes.

I don't think Walker wins.

I reported this about 30 minutes ago.  Then add the fact we are nearing an hour and a half where nary a single vote in Atlanta has been counted.

Vote count completion ATL Metro-

Fulton- 55%
Cobb- 56%
Gwinnet- 67%
Newton-61%
Henry-60%
Clayton-77%
DeKalb-45%

Extrapolating, there is about 100K Warnock advantage in Atlanta alone once counted.
