Ingraham calls for FBI to investigate Supreme Court leaker

Fox News host Laura Ingraham said the FBI should get involved in investigating the recent leak of a Supreme Court ruling suggesting the court is going to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Ingraham said during a segment on her Monday show that Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts needs to open an investigation into the identity of who leaked the opinion to Politico.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) on Monday warned that the Supreme Court would strip people of the right to gay marriage and civil rights after it overturns Roe v. Wade.

Ocasio-Cortez's warning comes after a leaked draft opinion by Justice Samuel Alito signaled the high court would undo the landmark 1973 abortion case. In a series of tweets, Ocasio-Cortez argued that the court is "coming for the right to privacy Roe rests on" and advocated Congress passing the Women’s Health Protection Act in response to the leaked document.

If there is any credible evidence that Sotomayor was aware of the leak at a time that she could have done something, or worse yet, connived (new word:  colluded) in the leak, then she should be impeached and removed from the Court.

The Supreme Court will overturn the landmark decision of Roe v. Wade in June, Politico reported Monday night, with an apparent draft of the majority opinion leaked to the beltway magazine. Never before has a full draft opinion been pre-emptively leaked to the press in the modern history of the court, and it was leaked this week for one reason: to incite violence and bully justices into changing their votes.

“The draft opinion is a full-throated, unflinching repudiation of the 1973 decision which guaranteed federal constitutional protections of abortion rights and a subsequent 1992 decision – Planned Parenhood v. Casey – that largely maintained the right,” Politico reported, with conservative Justice Samuel Alito writing the majority opinion drafted in February.

The US Supreme Court reportedly voted to END Roe v Wade in a DRAFT OPINION by Justice Samuel Alito according to a report leaked to Politico on Monday night.

The draft opinion was leaked to the press – something that is dangerous and unprecedented. Of course, there are reports that the leaker is a liberal clerk who hopes to change the outcome of the case.

I swear to God, democrats would elect Satan if he were a democrat, and he likely is. democrats are simply amoral and without conscience. Nothing is sacred- not even life. They oppose death sentences for murderers but happily kill babies. They claim to be the saviors of democracy, but they tear down statues and rewrite history. They rigged an election. They conspired against a duly elected President. They destroy any tradition that ever so slightly infringes their power to control all.

What happened tonight is the single most egregious crime to ever strike the Supreme Court. Justices expect to be able to exchange opinions and thoughts privately, without outward interference. Trust among and between them is gone. It’s not the opinion, it’s the leak that is the real crime. It is not a final opinion, by the way it is a draft opinion. We can delve into the decision sometime when and if it comes to pass. For now, we focus on the loss of the integrity of one of the three main branches of government.
