I'm down to my last three 25th anniversary Disney glasses we had at MickeyD's but I didn't pay for them I brought a case of them home from work when I was a manager. Forty years of kids, grandkids and moving have taken their toll, they were actually very good glasses.
Very fragile. Thin glass. Anything will break them. You can break them just in your dishwashing sink. A wrong *clink* here or there and that's all.

My daughter gifted me two Underdog glasses she found somewhere.  One has Underdog, the other has Simon Bar Sinister.

I got banned at TOS for calling Michelle O'Bastard a "Wookie."  I bitched about it, got reinstated by Jim and promptly left for good after 18 years.  (Exactly 18 years.  They banned me on my anniversary date.)

He's the one who walked through a cow field after an overnight rain and saw this growing out of a cow pie:

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Only if the top is braced against the ceiling.  If there is a gap between the top of the ladder and the ceiling, it can twist off to the side.

Not with both sides of the ladder tied off at the top.

If it isn't braced against the ceiling, it could twist the way that @Hoodat describes, for the simple reason that the tie-offs at the top appear to be rope or some other nonrigid material that can only resist tension, not compression.  If the individual puts too much of his weight on one side of the ladder, that will cause a torque force on the ladder which will cause the other side of the ladder to relax the tension on the rope tied to that side, and the entire thing could twist around, throwing this guy to the ground.
