Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.), the chairman of the House committee investigating the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol, said on Sunday there was “no question” that it was a premeditated attack.

CBS’ “Face the Nation” played a portion of former Trump strategist Steve Bannon’s podcasts, where he could be heard saying, “All hell is gonna break loose tomorrow. It's going to be moving. It's going to be quick. And all I can say is strap in. The War Room, a posse, you have made this happen and tomorrow it's game day.”

“How premeditated was this attack?” host Margaret Brennan asked Thompson after the clip.

“Well there's no question. Clearly the direction of the committee is to look at that premeditation to make sure that we identified, but the worst kept secret in America is that Donald Trump invited individuals to come to Washington on January 6,” the House Democrat said.

“Steve Bannon was part of the conversation and the promotion of January 6, the very podcast we just listened to talks about it. Steve Bannon was in the war room, and he was in the Willard Hotel, doing a lot of things, so that's why we subpoenaed him, that's why we felt it was important for the committee and staff to depose him. But as you saw, he refused to participate,” Thompson added.

They just can't stop.  Already proven, FBI was involved.  Also a busload of antifa/blm were bused into D.C., and confirmed by other FBI. They caused the chaos, damage, and were scaling walls.  We have video of D.C. police opening doors and waving IN PEOPLE into building.  What is wrong with these people?  Pelosi was involved.

Geez. There really is no doubting what happened on Jan 6th, there's a crap-ton of facts and evidence to back it up as this report attests.

The only question is will the number of Americans who are informed about it reach critical mass while it still matters.

THey point out the classic pattern.

Infiltrate*
Incite members (at least the who don't have the savvy to figure it out) into doing illegal acts.
Help them if they lack the technical expertise. (1993 WTC bombers were shown how to make the explosives by a Government infiltrator).
Swoop down and bust them and get headlines.

Occasionally,the bust will come after the event and people get killed/hurt, but that collateral damage lets the Feds round up heinous criminals who might have just been complainers and gripers without the essential incitement and support of the very agencies who later will take credit for solving their crimes.

Rule of thumb: If you are having a meeting, the guy who is clamoring the loudest for criminal activity or using the most inflammatory speech tends to be the guy from the FBI.

When the only counter these people have is to silence those who disagree, they have no cogent arguments to the contrary of the positions they find so inconvenient. Staff Sergeant Joe Biggs, an Iraq and Afghanistan veteran with two Purple Hearts and a high-ranking member of the Proud Boys, wrote a harrowing letter from jail in Florida, where he is being held in pretrial lockup for protesting at the January 6 Election Integrity rally in Washington, D.C. Biggs is charged with conspiracy and other charges including entering and remaining in a restricted building. Biggs’ lawyer recently revealed in court that Biggs has been threatened within Seminole County Jail.

There can be no question about it being premeditatedl

The only questions are who did the planning and who was leading the actual actions.

I do believe those are questions only being asked by the people who don't want to know.
