Afghanistan was NOT a withdrawal. It was a complete and total capitulation.
Afghanistan was NOT a regrouping, a disengagement, or an orderly exit.
It was Biden degrading America with a cowardly surrender. Biden raised the white flag and ran like a rabbit.
There was nothing noble, or dignified, or even a little bit 'orderly' about it.
The Taliban routed Biden, and he fled with his tail between his legs.

STOP CALLING IT A WITHDRAWAL! It was a rout. It was a head down, on your knees, surrender to the Taliban.
To call it a withdrawal, is a lie.

Afghanistan: Taliban announce new rules for female students

Veiled students attend a Taliban rally at the Shaheed Rabbani Education University in Kabul on Saturday.

Afghan universities will be segregated by gender, and a new Islamic dress code will be introduced, the Taliban has said.

Higher Education Minister Abdul Baqi Haqqani indicated women would be allowed to study, but not alongside men.

He also announced a review of subjects taught.

Women and girls were banned from schools and universities under Taliban rule between 1996 and 2001.

The Taliban have said they will not prevent women from being educated or having jobs. But since they seized control on 15 August, they have asked all women, except those in the public health sector, to stay away from work, until the security situation improves.

VIDEO: Thousands Join Procession Honoring Fallen Marine Jared Schmitz

Miles of traffic on Interstate 70 in St. Louis were shut down Wednesday while the remains of a Marine killed in Afghanistan were escorted to a funeral home.

“Lance Cpl. Jared Schmitz was among 13 U.S. service members killed last month in a suicide bombing at the airport in Kabul. Schmitz, 20, was from Wentzville, Missouri, in St. Charles County. He was a 2019 graduate of Fort Zumwalt South High School,” the Associated Press (AP) reported.

The escort from Lambert International Airport to the funeral home in St. Charles included Patriot Guard Riders, police, firefighters, servicemembers, veterans, and civilians.

“American flags were in many hands, and those stopped along the highway got out of their vehicles as the procession passed,” according to Lincoln News Now.

Michael Morell, former President Barack Obama’s Acting CIA Director, said during a CBS News interview on Sunday that the Biden administration’s actions in Afghanistan have “inspired jihadists” all over the world, and that the Taliban is already back to harboring al-Qaeda.

Morell responded to the news that Ayman al-Zawahiri, the head of al-Qaeda, had issued a video on the twentieth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks when asked by host Margaret Brennan if al-Zawahiri was living in Afghanistan, as a U.N. report recently said.

“We think so, which means that the Taliban is harboring Zawahiri today,” Morell said. “The Taliban is harboring al-Qaeda today. And I think that’s a very important point.”
