But would that be observable? Would an anti-Trump person ever admit he's behaving in an "adult manner?" Would that goalpost never move for partisan purposes? And who defines "adult," anyway....

A HUGE number of people whom you are
forgetting about is the majority of Americans who are neither Trump haters nor cheerleaders.
In times of crisis, Americans respond to leadership. All I am saying (and what you and others are missing) is that Trump needs to not only DO what protects America (which I believe he is doing), but act like an adult.
If you love the guy, pray that he grows up. The majority of Americans aren't on the extremes. They want to have confidence in their President. What you and his other fans love is offensive to most people. If you want him to WIN in November, pray that he starts to understand his childish behavior. NO one is beyond learning. Not even Trump.
