Carlos Correa hits a one-out double down the LF line . . . Josh Reddick hits a bloop single to send him home . . . that's all the Astros get but they also get the first run.1-0 Astros, middle second . . .
Dammit! Meanwhile, Greinke's pitch count is close to 65.
So...Cabrera was in the lineup tonight because his career BA vs. Greinke is .472.Of course it's too small a sample size, but that last AB it looked more like .172.
@DCPatriot Give Greinke his due---that breaking ball was so nasty even Mickey Mantle couldn't have hit it.
He's good. He was fun to watch when he played for us.
Great scoop by Zimmerman on Turner's short-hop leaping throw for the side. But 3-1 Astros, middle fifth . . .
The Nats still lead the Series, 2-1. We'll see you tomorrow evening.
Bravo to the Astros. One thing I don't like is a 4-game sweep. So boring to watch one team completely dominate. This win makes the series far more interesting.
@EasyAce who are you predicting to win this years series?
