@Freya, framing it as a "NJ native" prejudices the question. She may have been born there, but her parents' diplomatic position at the time of her birth negates the "native" part. She is a Yemeni citizen.
Supposedly her case is partly based on her birth coming after her father's diplomatic status expired.
ONOH her passport is said to have been issued in error (during Obama).
My position is: There either are, or should be, legal bases for revokation of citizenship and/or passports in these types of instances.
She was a fully formed adult, when she left America to wage war on America.
