Seriously though, some of the best fried chicken I ever had was at Charles Pan in Harlem. Not Dookie Chase level, but damn good.

"Ima" is part of a different culture than the KFC demographic.  If you want a better / more accurate parody of the southern slang, you should have said "I reckon".

Also, I had some truly excellent fried chicken livers last night at the Goose Creek Diner.
