So today the dems are unified, moving farther left, and 100% unwilling to be "bipartisan," but the GOP are not unified.
And for some stupid reason they seem to think if they just do things in a bi-partisan way the Dems will see the light.
Meanwhile the Dems are playing a take no prisoners style of politics.
Trump has failed thus far on some items, entirely due to "moderate" Republicans, like Collins. He tried, though.
They aren't unified because the Octogenarians running the party...especially in the Senate refuse to step aside and have in their doddering old age become more like the Liberals and they will use whatever tactic it takes to prevent any new blood from unseating them.
They'll go so far as to work behind the scenes with a Marxist President (Obama) to cut deals and give him things he wants that are clearly not in the best interest of the U.S. just to hold onto power.
And they won't do the country any better now no matter how Trump tries to snuggle up to them.
