Hell, raising 4 very active boys, the wife and I were on a first name basis with the ER folks in Granbury, Tx and Joliet, IL. The only way to avoid that is to keep them penned up in their rooms covered in bubble wrap.....
That so many parents are willing to do just that is why we have raised a nation of snowflakes. Of course I don't want children to get hurt, but bumps and bruises are part of growing up
AND concussions, broken bones (hand, wrist), banged up knees, one ripped up his hands climbing a chain link fence (45 stitches), another pulled an old fashioned 24" tube TV down on him at age 4, needed 10 stitches in his forehead.....
Black and White or Color?
Color, bought it in 1994......
"ramp"Good times.
Yeah...
@roamer_1 Where have all the childhood heroes gone? That guy was a God in our neighborhood... when I was a kid.
I know, right? My ol bike, a Sears 'Spyder Super 44 Drive' complete with banana seat, sissy bar, and racing gearshift on the bar wound up with a red white and blue paint job... I'd jump that ol girl 187 feet in the air every day... They just don't make em like that anymore :D
