So he wasn't grabbing women down there just because... rather, it was because he needed to make a phone call?

I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.

Trump has not put out false info.  Releasing lots of terrorists, BAD!!!!

Even if 113 of 122 are of Bush vintage.  As another poster noted, Obama's terrorist vintages have not 'aged' yet.

Correct.  That remains to be seen.  As yet another has pointed out, Obama's releases were high-level, AQ equivalent of Colonels and Generals.  They will probably do a lot of damage.

Baghdadi was let go but how was one to know Baghdadi would be such an evil.

Pretty much all the folks in Gitmo were likely great evil. Very rare would be the exception.

And it was Obama, not Bush, that vowed to clear out Gitmo.  I believe it was just one of his campaign promises/lies.

But hey.... let's all jump on the left's bandwagon and diss Trump.

It's asinine.

Yes, sister.  It's way more fun for some people than facing reality.

The reality is that a lot of us here made our livings making fun of Trump.  The last thing we wanted was for him to be nominated.  Let's stop right here.

Our efforts failed and Trump was nominated.  And, to our surprise and horror, he was elected.

Actually, it wasn't to my horror.  Hillary would have been to my horror and to the country's horror.

And now we have people throwing a hissy fit because Trump was mistaken in the exact number of terrorists released by Obama.

We know that Obama would released ALL of them and closed Gitmo if he could have managed it.

We know...at least I know and many others here know...that Trump did the world a great favor by beating Hillary.

He is continuing to try and help America.  Are we gonna help him help America or just play with ourselves?

The sad thing about this is that if Trump had taken 10 minutes to make sure this all checked out, it would be a major win for him.

But when it comes to Twitter he's lazy I guess?

Right now we're waiting for him to get off of Twitter and take this job seriously.

You forgot to mention his small penis which he is ashamed of and how stupid he is.    Make sure you mention that next time.   We don't want people to get the idea that you are just mocking his name and his fingers.

If you are going to offer *NOTHING*  but an ad hominem,   make it a good one.

I mean,  what would this forum be without some inane pointless mocking of the current President who happens to be the representative of our party and our coalition?

Put a little effort into it next time,  will ya?

No it's not.

It seems to be when one observes how many "conservatives" defend Trump and attack truth-tellers, when he tweets out incorrect info.

My question..... why doesn't Trump think that accuracy is important when tweeting?  Why doesn't he check out his facts? Why does he think that tweeting errors is fine, and why is it defended by (otherwise) smart people who at the same time accuse those who want him to be accurate as "liberals?"

Truth actually does matter.

Or doesn't it matter any more now that Trump is President?

How does that change the fact he was very blatantly wrong on his numbers?

And he was blatantly wrong on claiming Obama "tapped" his phones.   Obama didn't engage in criminal activity to place surreptitious connections on Trump's phone wires,   he went and got a warrant to do it using a trumped up bogus claim of contacts between Russian Banks and Trump towers,  possibly from a server installed by Emilly  McMullin who is the sister of a CIA agent.

So the real problem here is Trump's inaccuracy,  not all that other stuff.

Can you imagine if he didn't have legions of toadies giving him positive reinforcement despite his idiocy?  If he heard only crickets and criticism when acting like a fool, he might actually change his behavior.  But as long as he has the "let's not criticize him" crowd, he'll keep the low credibility.

Does it matter to you that Trump would get a lot farther in his supposed goal of destroying the left if he bothered with tweeting actual facts?

Trump's inaccuracy is a BIG deal.  He's spent so much time lying about things his whole life that he's continuing doing it where it really matters to tell the truth.

If he tells the truth about Obama, he gets somewhere.  If he exaggerates, misstates, or lies, we get nowhere.

Nah someone would have found another nit to pick.

That would be a great thing to test out.  Why doesn't Mr. Trump try being accurate for a few months just to see.

My biggest problem with Trump (actually, it was more a fear of mine) was that Trump, with his insane behavior at the time, was in it to hand the election to Hillary.  I was so wrong and I'm so happy about that.   Since his inauguration he has been under constant, unbelievable attack by the left AND by their useful idiot Trump-hater tools on the (supposedly) right.

And now, it's like we are literally infested with some who continually side with the rabid left against Trump here.  I'm calling it like I see it.  If you post like a leftie duck, act like a leftie duck and quack like a leftie duck, you're a g-damned leftie in MY book of logic...lol.

IMHO it makes for a bigger response that stirs up his base into a frenzy.  Especially where Obama is concerned.

So the real problem here is Trump's inaccuracy,  not all that other stuff.

We dont know exactly how the Trump surveillance was done, but the incidental references in the international media to 'get' Trump are too numerous to ignore.    Hillary claimed in the Oct 31 tweet that it was 'computer scientists' .  And there is the old echelon loophole that Blair used to do for Clinton.

Dan Bangino thinks the Sec Service may have found the method during a counter measures sweep.  And the paper version of NYT refers to wiretapping Trump.   Going to be interesting to see the exact nature of the truth when it comes out.

Trump's not a conservative.  Remember???

Truth always matters.  Inaccuracies are a frailty of most humans.  He may have been wrong about the numbers, but he was spot-on about the intent.
