Do you think his parents were brother and sister, or just first cousins?

Florida Man in ‘Garbage Bag Suit’ Set Garbage Trucks On Fire, Causing Millions in Damage
October 26, 2020
Quote
Pompano Beach, FLA. — Broward Sheriff’s Office Violent Crimes detectives are looking for a man, dressed in black, who set fire to several garbage trucks.

At approximately 2:12 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, an unknown male subject wearing a black garbage bag type suit and goggles entered the Waste Pro facility located at 3101 N.W. 16th Ter. in Pompano Beach. After the male forced entry, by torching the gate, to gain access into the compound he walked toward the rear of the property alongside the garbage trucks with what appeared to be a gas canister.

Surveillance video of the incident shows the subject walk to the rear of the property and light a garbage truck on fire. He then proceeded to walk back toward the front gate lighting several other garage trucks on fire before opening a door to the building, placing a clear bottle of liquid on the floor and lighting the liquid causing the building to catch fire. The suspect is then seen leaving the compound through the gate and then fled in a black sedan.  ...

Nah, he's in Covid lockdown.  Imagine the release of all that pent-up energy once lockdown is removed.  :yowsa:

Anybody who has ever lived in a city can tell you setting fire to trash trucks has to be THE stupidest thing you can do.

It won't take long for health issues to get out of control with no garbage pickups.

What the heck, they're Florida men, too, so I'll post the story in this category:

‘Bad Boys 4 Life.’ Cops lived Miami lifestyle, secretly protected cocaine load, feds say
David Ovalle
Fri, October 30, 2020, 6:03 AM EDT

On social media, Miami-Dade police officers Roderick Flowers and Keith Edwards preened with their badges, donned thick gold jewelry and smoked cigars.

They also took a liking to “Bad Boys,” the police action-movie franchise set in Miami. On Instagram, Flowers even used the name “Mike Lowrey,” the character played by actor Will Smith. Around last Halloween, Edwards posted a photo of the two dressed like the fictional detectives with the caption: “We ride together. We die together. Bad Boys 4 Life.”

Federal authorities say they may now go to prison together.

Flowers appeared in federal court on Friday afternoon, one day after authorities arrested the two on allegations they agreed to act as muscle for a cocaine-trafficking operation set up by undercover agents. Also charged: a Miami money laundering suspect named Manuel Carlos Hernandez — who boasted Flowers was on his payroll, according to court documents. ...

Those wusses were working as "muscle"?

Seriously?

The typical 12 year old girl carries more muscle than either of those wusses.

A good Florida Man story:

Florida man becomes first person with Down syndrome to complete an Ironman

Chris Nikic became the first person with Down syndrome to complete an Ironman Triathalon.

The organization posted on Facebook that the "defining moment in IRONMAN history" is an accomplishment that just proves that anything is possible.

Nikic swam 2.4 miles, biked 112 miles and ran 26.2 miles to complete the event in Florida.

I have competed in Sprint Tri's, and was training for a Half Iron about 7 years ago, until I was sidelined with a leg injury. This is amazing.

Other angry Democrat heard from, this time a Florida woman:

Karen Jones, 55, admits to making Twitter post but says it was 'joke'

LANTANA, Fla. — A Lantana woman is accused of threatening to shoot Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis and Florida's two Republican senators.

Karen Jones, 55, faces three counts of written threats to kill or do bodily harm.

According to a Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office probable cause affidavit, Jones wrote on Twitter that DeSantis, Sen. Marco Rubio and Sen. Rick Scott were "looting" her state and that she was going to "shoot them."  ...

...Jones, a registered Democrat, was responding to a Washington Post reporter who had shared an article about proposed “anti-mob” legislation that would expand Florida’s stand-your-ground law.

When questioned by authorities, Jones admitted to writing the post but claimed it was a “joke,” according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

Jones is a freelance journalist who has contributed to several online publications. On Twitter, she had many friendly exchanges with Portland-based antifa writer, Robert Evans. They were both writers at Cracked. Evans gained national prominence over the summer for his coverage of the Portland protests and riots despite espousing views in support of terrorism against police.

Jones appeared to share that in common with Evans.

On July 10, Jones posted on Facebook: “#ACAB. There, I said it, and I’ll say this, too: THERE ARE NO GOOD COPS.”

Jones' Twitter account, now suspended, listed her pronouns and support for BLM and transgender issues.
She lists herself as a short fiction editor at Scribd and a copy editor at The Modern Rogue on her LinkedIn page. Her Facebook is still active and filled with anti-police, anti-Trump and pro-BLM posts. ...

Florida man wrestles gator to save dog
https://www.clickorlando.com/news/local/2020/11/21/florida-man-wrestles-gator-to-save-dog/

All of us who live near the gulf coast, know better to let our pets unleashed near the water.  Good for the guy, but that size of gator is pretty manageable.  I've caught them that big on my fishing line, landed 'em, and let them go.
I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.

A thief’s burglary attempt backfired when the window of the Florida home he was trying to climb through abruptly crashed down on his neck, killing him, police said.

The freak incident unfolded Saturday when the convicted felon with facial tattoos and piercings, 32-year-old Jonathan Hernandez, attempted to break into a residence in Lehigh Acres, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office said.

“When Hernandez was trying to work his way through the window, it unexpectedly closed on top of him, pinning him and keeping him suspended in the air,” Lt. Russell Park, a spokesman for the sheriff’s office, said Monday.

Hernandez was dead by the time deputies arrived, according to Park.  ...
