If you would indulge me, I'd like to experiment with this...  Posting notes of interest, articles, clips, etc.  I invite contributions since this is not about me.  I want to keep it interesting and pertinent.  If I fail... well, it will drift out into the ether.  What do you think?  Will you help me?

I have been a fan of Bill Whittle since back in the TOS days.  I was keeper of his so-called ping list and I corresponded with Bill regularly at his site Eject! Eject! It is hard to explain but I was wired on anxiety when I started this thread.  It is sometimes difficult for me to participate in the depressing threads of the day so I started this one.  I hope it is not pretentious or that it detracts from others.  I welcome input from anyone and I will not be defensive or offended.  I thought a repository of the "various and sundry" could be useful.  The name might be viewed as pretentious - I don't mind changing it.  Let me know.
