Pssssst MK....that little "Compass Icon" on your iPhone IS the browser ("Safari"/default iOS browser). Or if you are using the "Google App" (not me, spyware)...then it it launches sites in the "Google Chrome" browser after searching.  :whistle:

I know the Icon but I thought I had to download it...so it automatically goes to Chrome after I google....this is why I don't touch any of the buttons here...lom :silly:

Are you using https?

The TLS cert expired earlier today, so anyone using https should get an error.

That was a free trial for 30 days. I stopped using it as it was not compatible with youtube...FV is looking for one that is.

Yep MK....Google uses it's own Chrome browser after searching if using their app. Kind of hard to "browse" a website like GOPBR w/o a "browser"!   wink777

@Drago

...  @Cyber Liberty messaged me and told me to use http instead of https.  That’s working—I just have to enter it manually.  My bookmark and Google bring up https.

Yep, using "http://" instead of "https://" is the quickest fix (no new browser needed)(bookmark the "http://" version). Most newer browsers will "warn/block" if encryption not being used these days. Encryption is kinda silly for sites like GOPBR IMHO...it is a public site anyway...who cares if someone intercepts your GOPBR message post "in transit"....going to be on the board "in the clear" anyway!   :pondering:  But on the other hand if @mystery-ak were to start "The Bank of GOPBR" website, then encryption would be more appropriate!

Good to know...I don't want to do it but may not have a choice.

IOS/Safari.  Thanks for those links—I’m going to check them out.  @Cyber Liberty messaged me and told me to use http instead of https.  That’s working—I just have to enter it manually.  My bookmark and Google bring up https.

We test runned a temporray security certificate to see the results. I imagine it's expired by now.

We will be securing the site but it's involved, and we thought since we are going to move the site to a new hosting company as soon as we can, to do it then.

For now best to use the http.

Not compatible with youtube?

I'm not really into certs, but that doesn't sound right.

BTW, check out Let's Encrypt https://letsencrypt.org/getting-started/

I think IOS especially can get a little crazy with the security.  🙄
