The palis, by their own admission, will absolutely, unequivocally NOT permit Israel to exist/survive. So what are the alternatives? Allow Israel to be exterminated? Sorry, not sorry, the vermin that are the pali's go. I simply cannot see where equivocating on this topic is any kind of debate. The vermin that are the palis have plainly and clearly made their goals/intentions known. They are not "peaceable" beings. No question, no discussion, no debate needed. A done deal, wipe them out. (I refuse to grant them any sense of "humanity" because they aren't human. No soul, no mercy, no compassion, no humanity within them.) Eff 'em. The fact that Israel has greatly tempered their response to each war STARTED by muslim states, and endless and repeated attacks by Hamas and Hezbollah, etc and all the other lesser known terrorist groups hellbent on genocide for all Jews has come to a point of absurdity.

If Netanyahu is not going to destroy Gaza, and leave it in ruins on such that it is never to be inhabited until such time the people of Gaza surrender and disarm, then I say leave it in ruins for a century.  Enough is enough.

What would be the USA response if a cartel came across the Mexican border and killed 1,400 Americans in their homes, men, women, and children.  Raped and mutilated whoever they chose.  You think the USA would have a tempered response?  Fat chance.  And the occupation that would result would not end any time soon either!!!

Basically how I feel.... You can almost see the writing on the wall of Biblical prophesy coming true because Israel has for far too long pampered these hateful morons. In the end, it will be Israel vs the world, and I am afraid the US will not be in the equation (at least for the good).

Thanks to turning a blind eye to the tunnels being built even after the 2014 war, authorizing the transfer of US dollars estimated in the billions to Hamas, and concentrating on taking over the West Bank, Oct 7 became Netanyahu's chickens coming home to roost.  When is it enough?

I'm aware of the drumbeat, but the reality is no one, not even Israel, is going to kill all of Hamas and every Palestinian man, woman and child.

I'm also aware of the legend of Benjamin Netanyahu, but is it really enough to keep his failures going?   Sorry, not sorry, Israel needs a forward-looking Plan B --- and it's worth discussing.

Israeli hostages who still remain held captive by Hamas "will not be returned alive" unless Israeli forces pull out of the war-torn Gaza Strip, a Hamas spokesperson said Wednesday.

Facing strong public pressure to have those abducted during Hamas' Oct. 7 attacks brought home, Israeli officials have long held that they would continue fighting until all of the estimated 136 remaining hostages are returned and Hamas is destroyed.

“We affirm that the enemy prisoners will not be returned alive to their families" unless Israel complies with the terror group's conditions, "the first of which is a comprehensive cessation of the aggression against Gaza," Hamas spokesperson Osama Hamdan said during a news conference in Beirut, according to the New York Times.

Whether Hamas actually intends to follow through on its remarks is unclear. The terror group has threatened to kill the remaining hostages in the past.

Yet, more than 100 hostages – women and children – were released during November's week-long ceasefire, even as Israeli attacks had continued throughout the fall.

"Don't lose hope. We will move heaven and earth to bring you back," the families yelled across the border, with the speakers from the powerful amplification system turned in the direction of the southern Gaza city of Khan Yunis, according to i24 News, an Israeli news outlet.

This Sunday will mark 100 days since Hamas fighters pushed into southern Israel on Oct. 7, massacring some 1,200 people and taking about 240 others back to Gaza as hostages.

This is absolutely true @DCPatriot   Years before the great influx we would actually discuss events, including Israel and the Middle East.  If memory serves, all those years ago I wasn't a fan of Netanyahu  --- and for many of the same reasons I'm still not today. 

But, we talked; without insults.  We actually discussed.  Those were good days, David  -- and nice memories.  Thank you for them.
