Maybe if the CIA had been doing its job instead of pursuing Trump and covering Hunter (and Joe) Biden's asses, they could have had intel on foreign threats? To ignore known terrorist operations, especially post 9/11 is an indicator that the director is asleep at the wheel, or just driving down the wrong road.

The Israeli Defense Force has announced that they are completing preparations for a Major Ground Operation in the Gaza Strip launched from the Land, Air, and Sea.

I don't understand why these announcements are necessary.  Does the element of surprise no longer apply in military strategy?

U.S. Defense Officials have told the Israeli Government that U.S. Naval Ships in the Eastern Mediterranean will be used to Shoot Down Missiles that are launched by Hezbollah in Lebanon and that U.S. Forces across the Middle East will Target a number of Pro-Iranian Groups in Syria and Iraq if this Escalates into a Regional Conflict.
