Maybe he'll appoint another guy like General Milley, who Trump selected personally despite the fact that both the Secretary of Defense and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs had recommended a different general for that position.

So, Trump is saying he will do what every republican president has had to do when taking office after a democrat for as long as I can remember? Wow way to take a given and present it like it's a special idea.
