@mountaineer Ya gotta understand,these people are all mentally conditioned to be a cog in a leftist collective. The mere THOUGHT that they might soon be required to make decisions as individuals,and be held personally responsible for any screw-ups they create is flat-out terrifying to them.
Imagine a prisoner being released from prison after 20 years with NO advance warning,and kicked out on the street to make his or her own decisions after NOT making ANY decisions of their own the whole time they were in prison,and knowing they would now be held responsible for the results of any decisions they were forced to make.
No guaranteed income,no "I can't be fired because I am not responsible for anything",and no group hugs.
Why,it's enough to send shivers up the backs of the whole collective!
As much as it pains me to admit this,I kinda feel sorry for them. They were raised to be this way,and they had no reason to ever expect they would be anything but "cogs in the machine". SOME may have dreamed of becoming supervisors,but even then they thought there would be a rule book to tell them what to say or do in any conceivable situation. At NO time did any of them ever expect to be held responsible for anything other than showing up at work on time.
They are victims of the system their parents created,and are totally unprepared for the real world.
