More on topic, I wonder how many parents have no clue what is discussed in the little kids' classrooms, because I no longer have faith in those 'rogue' students who would defy teachers' admonitions to not tell their parents or keep a secret...
Back in the day, churches helped teach kids what subjects were taboo, enough that parents had a better chance to hear about anything questionable. Now, bereft of that moral compass, partly through banning the morning prayer from the classroom, kids may not know what is or isn't age appropriate (not that they couldn't hear it if their folks are watching television, ads for later shows, or half of what is on cable--now with LBGTQ+.
