Its easy to preach understanding to those that slaughter, butcher, rape, torture civilians. Of course not all are guilty, but as the group you willingly take part in, taking part of their fellowship, some of what they do falls on you, either good or evil. Russians like Germans buried innocent people in mass graves, and people without good cause in WWII.
In America it is a military crime to do such under the guise/pretense of just following orders. It should be so globally. Spare me the tears for the perpetrators, it is the victims that deserve them. Let the dogs be fed last from the scraps of the table.
