Just looked up the wiki page on that, and it sounds like nasty stuff, particularly potential mutagenicity concerns.

Sen. Chris Coons, D-Del., said Thursday that he tested positive for Covid-19, becoming the 10th member of Congress to contract the virus this month as the rapid spread of the omicron variant sparks an increase in case rates nationally.

Also Thursday, the Pentagon said that seven staffers tested positive for Covid after accompanying Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks on a trip last week that saw her visit military installations in Michigan, Colorado, Hawaii, California and Nebraska.

As I posted on another thread, the seasonal flu vaccine has a diminishing efficacy and short shelf life.

I don't understand why the covid flu vaccine having the same properties surprises us.  I usually get some version of the seasonal flu late in the season in spite of having received the vaccine.

Full seasonal immunity ---- nevermind lifetime immunity ---- for the sars viruses is just not available.   :shrug:

No, there isn't.  If a particular individual wants to do that to him or her self, fine, it's a personal choice, just like the annual flu shot, but making it mandatory is arbitrary, capricious, and fascist.
