Frank Gaffney: Democrats Know Joe Biden Is Compromised, Cannot Be Allowed into Oval Office

Frank Gaffney said he cannot conceive of Democrats allowing Joe Biden to be president given the Democrat presidential nominee’s allegedly compromised status from family dealings with foreign governments, offering his analysis on Wednesday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily with host Alex Marlow.

“I’m convinced Joe Biden won’t be President of the United States,” said Gaffney, host of Securing America on America’s Voice and executive chairman and founder of the Center for Security Policy. “Even if he’s elected, I can’t conceive of the party actually allowing him anywhere near the Oval Office.”

Marlow asked about national security implications related to a possible future Biden administration given recent reports of Hunter Biden’s financial dealings and email communications.

Gaffney replied, “If anybody in the federal government — or for that matter any federal contractor — had this kind of information in their background, whether it was their family members or they themselves were implicated, directly or indirectly, they couldn’t get a clearance to handle classified information, let alone be the commander-in-chief of the United States.”

Where Frank is mistaken:  The Democrats, as a party are compromised, and are especially OK that Biteme is compromised too.  Look at how they love O'Bastard, who gave Iran billions to be used against American Soldiers in Iraq.

Gaffney has no proof that Hunter is guilty of anything; he has no proof Joe is guilty of anything.  Every person is innocent until a trial is held and the jury convicts or doesn't convict.  Therefore, Joe is an innocent candidate for president.

If an investigation later on determines Joe committed a crime, even though he is now president, he can be charged and a trial held, either when he is in office or after he is not president.  There are rules about when a president can be tried for a crime.

Due to what I just wrote, I think nothing will be done until after the election is over and an investigation starts, or doesn't if there is not enough there to suggest Biden has committed a crime.

No.

The government is required to hold a trial and prove someone's guilt and dole out punishment as part of our justice system.

Individual citizens are not. You can determine if someone committed a crime if you are aware of evidence to show that being the case. And you can act on it within the law.

There's plenty of evidence that the Biden's have committed serious crimes. There's corroborating evidence from other sources that align with Hunter's transactions.

Under your theory Hitler and Stalin weren't guilty of any crimes because they were never convicted. In fact no corrupt government operatives would ever be guilty of crimes when they control the justice system.

What worries me is how far many will go to rationalize the mean necessary to get Trump out of office. Honestly, truly scary.

Scary?   What has been going on in America for the past four plus years re: the anti-Trump hatred is downright supernatural in nature.   Twilight Zone territory.   What are the rabid leftists so afraid of?  It's like Trump is their garlic and crosses, making them foam at the mouth like the demons they are.

You must've slept through the Covid, because you made no mention of the most epic economic disaster this country has faced since 1929.

Without the virus and the ginned up hysteria surrounding it Trump would easily be cruising to victory.

If not the initial release of the virus, the rats and their stooges certainly took advantage ala Rahm Emmanuel's maxim 'never let a good crisis go to waste'. And I'm sure the Chicoms cannot believe their good fortune.

I am hesitant to ask this @Jazzhead but assuming your predictions are correct, what is your "objective" proof that this is the fault of the President?  As hesitant as I am, I am more curious .... curious to hear the dots you connected to reach your conclusion.
