I remember working in a major corporation. Some didn't like a man that was made President. They spread rumors that he could not read.

When he retired h wrote some books, on his life, Navy combat veteran, building complex process plants around the world, heading a major energy multinational firm, running a cattle ranch in Colorado. author.

Only idiots said he couldn't read.

N.A. , G.A. , O.A.  LIVED IN Las Vegas for 46 years. Married a gay engineer. Divorced that gay engineer. I had a heart attack 3 years ago.  I have a stent. I almost died as an infant in Europe. Not sure who you mean by "plain people".... (not yourself, surely...lol).... but Trump's poll numbers are up.... and people like me are FTFU with leftist Democrats and lawbreakers, rioters and so-called "peaceful protesters" that destroy 'other' people's property and attack innocent civilians that merely choose to support Trump.   We're so FTFU, in fact, that we will... en masse... crawl over broken glass to vote Trump this November.   In my case, it's not so much voting "for" Trump, even tho I've become something of a fan over the past few years.... it's a case of voting against the rabid left and against ALL Democrats everywhere.   But whatever the motive, the end result is clearly going to be the same.   You and your ilk, those counting on Trump to lose, are screwed.

So who are you voting for, @Absalom ?  Just curious.  I haven't heard a word about any third party candidate this election.  There was a sizeable number of Castle supporters early on last time.

So there is no third party candidate out there who is worthy of your vote?  Personally, I always cast a vote just to let the candidates know my vote was available.  I've gone third party (or write-in) four times in my lifetime.  I didn't vote for Trump four years ago, but I will vote for him this time, based mainly on personal knowledge of him and his character.

Mr. Trump's sister has gone off the rails about him and it could be displaced anger because he grabbed her tortellini from her dish when they were children.  Mary, of the infamous book, had her fifteen minutes (actually less) of fame and is now in the dustheap.  The gal in the end seemed to need help from her own profession! 

The president is a human being with all the failings involved.  Yes he doesn't have outward vices of drink, etc, but he can be a bit off-putting in my opinion.  OK, the man has a big personality! And??

It's all about the the president's accomplishments and what he wants to do; "what has he done lately" NOT what he did years ago.
