In the video it didn’t look like he was kicking him. It looked like he was nudging him like you see in movies all the time when they don’t want to immediately lean over a person that might still be responsive enough to start fighting again or grab your gun.  They say it took two minutes for them to get down and start administering aid to him. I imagine they were probably looking around to make sure a mob wasn’t forming before they moved into a vulnerable position and calling in backup. Two minutes is not that long.

I haven't seen the footage after the shooting... I sorta doubted the narrative given (kicked) by the Lamestream. Thanks for the insight.

Fulton County DA: We Need to Bypass Grand Juries, Indict Police Officers ‘Directly’

Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard Jr. told reporters Wednesday he believes prosecutors ought to be able to bypass any grand jury requirement and indict officers immediately in officer-involved shooting scenarios.

Howard spoke during a press conference in which he announced felony charges against former Atlanta police officer Garrett Rolfe.

Rolfe was the officer who allegedly shot and killed Rayshard Brooks on Friday, after Brooks allegedly grabbed Rolfe’s taser, ran, and fired the taser back toward Rolfe.

Rolfe then shot Brooks, fatally wounding him.

This infers policemen are the worst citizens out there, worse than murderers who have this right of a grand jury.

Atlanta is descending into a hellhole of their own making.

IMO...perp fired a taser at the officer.  Officer returned fire....   Should be no charges AT ALL.....

Couple of months ago several officers in that area pointed, did not discharge POINTED a TASER a several Yutz and the same DA tried to charge the officers with pointing a DEADLY weapon at them. I am sorry, but if it is a deadly weapon on Monday it is still a deadly weapon on Friday. That DA needs to go.
