The law says the whistle blower cannot be harassed or prosecuted but nothing about identity.

What I am saying is people should not be able to hide behind "whistle-blower" provisions when they have alliterative motives.

The Chief Justice again refused to read Paul's question.  This is relatively uncharted because the reading of the name does not directly violate federal law. It is a matter of decorum and restraint claimed by Roberts
 inherent authority.
