Vindman is the kind of officer that thrives under Democrat Presidents.  Political to the core...only concerned about himself and how high up the ladder he can go without regard on who he steps on to get there.

Both Vindman and Williams testify that the word "Burisma" was used in the 7/25th Trump-Zelensky call. But the rough transcript the WH issued does not include that word.

I hate to be the one to break this to Colonel Vindman and Coach Schiff but Article II makes it clear that POTUS can make any preconditions or other requirements for every penny of US aid doled out.
