The House Intelligence Committee is set to have three days of public hearings, with a total of eight witnesses expected to testify before the panel.

On Tuesday morning, Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, the leading Ukraine expert on the White House National Security Council, and Jennifer Williams, an aide to Vice President Pence, are slated to appear before the committee. Former special envoy to Ukraine Kurt Volker and Timothy Morrison, a Ukraine and Russia expert on the National Security Council, are expected to appear later in the day.


On Wednesday, Gordon Sondland, the U.S. ambassador to the European Union; Laura Cooper, the deputy assistant secretary of Defense for Russian, Ukrainian and Eurasian affairs; and diplomat David Hale are scheduled to appear.

And on Thursday, Fiona Hill, a former top National Security Council staffer who covered Europe and Russia, will testify.

Much of the spotlight heading into the second round of hearings has focused on Sondland, a Trump donor whom the president has tried to distance himself from in recent days.

This is incorrect - Military Code: if a military person testifies in a hearing/case/etc., he/she MUST wear his/her uniform.

The concerns Vindman had about the Ukraine call were on policy. He disagreed with the President.

Hate to break it to Adam Schiff & the Democrats but the President of the United States sets policy, not unelected bureaucrats.

And policy disagreements are not impeachable offenses.

Should be noted Vindman’s boss, Morrison was also on the call Alex ignored chain of command and went to NSC lawyers which Morrison had already done. HE DID NOT FOLLOW CHAIN OF COMMAND that is a lie.

This is incorrect - Military Code: if a military person testifies in a hearing/case/etc., he/she MUST wear his/her uniform.

Not if he or she isn't serving in a military leadership position or in a military unit.  The duty position dictates the "uniform of the day".  And on the NSC that's a coat and tie...unless it's an extreme circumstance where military protocol dictate such as a promotion, retirement or a military funeral.

It's improper for a Lt. Colonel to even imagine that he has the right to second guess his Commander in Chief about anything!
