Colorado man accused of planning to blow up synagogue

 A Colorado man stands accused in federal court of domestic terrorism for planning an attack on a Pueblo synagogue and spreading white supremacists views encouraging violence according to court documents.

Richard Holzer, 27, met with an undercover FBI agent on Friday at a motel with the explosives he allegedly was going to use on Temple Emanuel, according to an affidavit filed in the Colorado US District Court. The affidavit also said he threatened to poison the synagogues water in hopes of killing Jews.

The agent asked what would happen if someone was in the building when the bomb went off but Holzer said he assumed no one would be there, "but that if they were, Holzer would not care because they would be Jews," read the affidavit.

The FBI announced Monday the arrest of a Pueblo, Colorado man who planned to bomb a historical Colorado synagogue.

Richard Holzer, 27, was arrested on Friday after he accepted two pipe bombs and dynamite from undercover federal agents pretending to be his co-conspirators, according to the Associated Press. Holzer had allegedly planned to bomb the Temple Emanuel synagogue — Colorado’s second oldest synagogue.

Upon receiving the explosive devices, Holzer reportedly described the bomb as “absolutely gorgeous” and discussed carrying out the attack overnight so as to avoid police.

Holzer, is set to make his first court appearance on Monday.

A copy of the federal complaint detailed a series of Facebook posts by Holzer dating back to July, in which the man made various comments the FBI associated with White Supremacist ideology, including comments in support of racially motivated violence and discussed dying in a shootout with police on at least two separate occasions, as far back as May 12.

If that is his picture, he looks like a real loser.  I'm guessing he's had a tough life, possibly of his own making, but in his mind, his troubles were caused by those Jews.    White supremacy and other hate groups seem to particularly attract life's losers because this particular segment of the population is susceptible to the theory that whatever is wrong in their lives, it was caused by a particular group of people such as Jews.

I doubt he gets anywhere near that much.

But if you are plotting to poison water and use bombs on synagogues, churches and mosques, you should serve as an example.

Nazis are not leftists in the current sense of the word...even though Nazi is derived with socialism in the words.
Nazis were radicals. They were/are just as evil as leftists but with a racial view of how to structure society.
Jews are blamed for everything, but everybody who is non-"aryan" is also viewed as subhuman.
The original design of the party before Hitler took over was anti-capitalist among other things. But after Hitler took over he had no problems with using German business for his aims. He bragged about Krupp steel and Mercedes automobiles.
The only thing modern Nazis dislike about capitalism is the supposed control of the world financial system by "evil Jewish bankers" and the like.
Nazis were also anti-Christian. Hitler was quoted as saying Christianity was evil in so many words. Their radical restructuring of everything involved mass slaughter and/or subjugation of non-Aryans and control of everything by the white-Aryans.
That's not the same goal as leftists.
The only things Nazis have in common with leftists is their hatred for Christianity and their desire for a totalitarian society.
They differ greatly on racial and economic matters.
Both are evil.
