The original vehicle, then the stolen one.

White shooter, could have double-meaning, but if these are more white nationalist types, they are causing damage to the right, unbelievable. Stealing a mail van, this could be anything.

UPDATE:
- Odessa Police say a DPS trooper tried to tried to stop a gold Honda. When the car stopped, he was shot by the suspect.
- At some point according to police  the suspect stole a mail truck
- 5 Dead, 20+ injured
- Suspect is dead, white male in his 30s

17 month old? At first I thought I read, 17 year old.. either would have been greatly tragic and certainly praying for all of those affected by this great tragedy, including the little 17 month old.

The terrifying chain of events began when Texas state troopers tried pulling over a gold car mid-Saturday afternoon on Interstate 20 for failing to signal a left turn

Seven people remained in critical condition at one hospital hours after the West Texas shooting, said Russell Tippin, CEO of Medical Center Hospital in Odessa. He said a child under 2 years old was transported to another hospital. He also said one person the hospital had received had died, although it was unclear if that victim was among the five dead that Gerke reported. Tippin said 13 shooting victims were being treated at the hospital Saturday.

One shooter who used two different vehicles. The two vehicles were the root of the errant initial reports. No disappearing shooter, just mistaken initial reports.
