Swalwell up, waving around that old statement from former prosecutors condemning Trump. Asked Mueller if he wanted to sign it. Mueller said they had a different case, whatever that means.

Lieu is up and going after obstruction yet again. Yawn.

If Mueller truly believed that Trump should have been indicted he could have easily written in the report that Trump SHOULD be indicted for obstruction and if they could have they would have but for the OLC letter.  And yet he didn't do that.

Someone needs to ask about the rest of the 30 hours of testimony from Don McGahn they didn't include in the report...and why they only cherry picked a couple sentences to use in the report.

It's not the a prosecutors job to exonerate anyone.  Saying he can't exonerate Trump is merely a statement of fact...much in the same way that saying Hillary has cankles is a statement of fact.
