ABC News Correspondent: An ‘All-Male Majority’ of the Supreme Court Overturning Roe v. Wade ‘Would Not Be Legitimate’
Posted By Aryssa Damron On September 28, 2018 @ 9:31 pm In Issues | No Comments

ABC News chief foreign correspondent Terry Moran said Friday that it would "not be a legitimate action" for an "all-male majority" of the Supreme Court to overturn the landmark Roe v. Wade decision.

"Overturning Roe vs. http://www.gopbriefingroom.com/index.php/board,3.0.htmlWade by an all-male majority, two of whom have had credible accusations of sexual misconduct lodged against them, would not be a legitimate action," Moran said on ABC, in a clip flagged by NewsBusters.

Moran was discussing what would happen to the nation's highest court if the Senate confirms Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, who he referenced in his comment along with Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.

Now that would have been a reason to nominate Amy Barrett this time around.
And when they behead your own people in the wars which are to come, then you will know what this was all about.

Terry should give his job to a female.  How can he report on women's issues?  This is 2018 ... the mansplaining has to stop.

His logic seems backwards to me.
Not discounting current scientific advanced into DNA testing, the best an accuser can hope for, decades later,  is that they've kept the attackers DNA on something, somewhere, somehow.

Why would someone who has, according to ABC, "credible accusations of sexual misconduct lodged against them", be against Roe v Wade?
Wouldn't someone would does this sort of thing, want the victim to have abortions, as a way to (somewhat) cover their tracks?

"Sexual misconduct? Years ago? Why, no, it wasn't me. Their is no resulting child to check the DNA to prove it was mine".

No Roe v Wade, a child would be produced.
It may not prove assault, but it would prove an encounter between the 2 individuals took place.

How many female justices were on the court that decided Roe V Wade in the first place?
For unvaccinated, we are looking at a winter of severe illness and death — if you’re unvaccinated — for themselves, their families, and the hospitals they’ll soon overwhelm. Sloe Joe Biteme 12/16
I will NOT comply.

The legislators who gave the women the vote in 1920 were almost certainly virtually all white males. This is all just a typical load of hypocritical, liberal "logic" by the usual scum.
If it were five female justices voting on some matter concerning males, it wouldn't have concerned libs a bit.
