Well, Trump did usher in the reality show circus to politics.  Why are we surprised it’s becoming a daily sideshow?

Well, let's sit back and assess for a moment.

Flake (on the Judiciary Committee) is the only "wavering vote" there that I see.
If Judge Kavanaugh didn't gain that vote today -- it was not going to be "gained" under any circumstances. But -- I think the judge made his case before Flake today.

So, that should take care of the Committee vote -- hold that as soon as possible (scheduled for tomorrow, right?).

Regarding Collins and Murkowski:
After today, I don't think we "need them" any more.
Manchin of West Virginia will almost certainly vote to confirm.
I'm going out on a limb and predicting that Heitkamp and Donnelly will, too.

That should do it...

One question that has not been asked today: Who owned the house where the party Ford says took place? Who were the adults who owned that house? Whose house was it? Do they people who owned the house know there was an alleged sexual assault there?

1) Did someone already say that Lindsay Graham wants to be the Attorney General?

2) A liberal friend just texted me, asking why the Reps stopped the prosecutor from asking more questions.  Were they afraid of where she was going?

I'm wondering if Ms. Graham will get any more time.

I've always wondered about this.  I always assumed the house belonged to one of the four other people.  But that would have meant PJ Whomever (since it clearly wasn't supposed to be Kavanaugh, Judge, or Ford's girl friend).  But it must have been another person?
