Dr. Ford makes an inconsistent statement during her testimony, says that she met Rep. Anna Eshoo's (D-CA) "staff on July 18 and with her on July 20."

In her written testimony she said she "met with her staff on July 11 and with her on July 13."

I find Christine Ford to be very hesitant, confused, and unreliable.

When this is over don't be surprised if Ms Ford is hired as a Fox News contributor.

Because she claimed it happened doesn't mean it happened. In a court of law evidence is required.  Saying someone has to believed because she sounds believable is no standard of proof.

Not a trial.  A morality play.   The Pubs - and especially Judge K - need to recognize that reality.

Unless, there is a blockbusting revelation here, the Senators will vote down partylines and his name will be submitted to the Senate to vote on Kavanaugh as a Justice for the SCOTUS.

Mitchell failed to ask Ford what she did after she says someone "pushed" her into the bedroom. Did she scream? Did she fall down? Did she turn around and see who pushed her? Did she scold him & try to exit the bedroom? And how did she end up on the bed? C'mon, this is basic stuff

I do, too. Not at all credible. Again, my years as a psych RN are seeing a disturbed, medicated psych patient. Confabulation about the "gathering" -claiming Mark J and Brett K had been drinking before the party. Inability to recall details about arriving and leaving, where she was before the party, whether she paid for the polygraph. Credible in what universe?

Ok ... so I'm just tuning in via this forum -- read about 4 pages back.  General consensus is as we've all thought all along.  There is no evidence that it was Kavanaugh, she had a lot to drink at a party.  She may very well have been sexually assaulted but zero proof that it was him all those years ago.

Glad they've already scheduled the vote tomorrow and I'm hoping that ALL of the GOP stands together on this and confirms him!

I've been wondering myself whether Ford will be viewed differently by women than by men.  My wife, on first seeing seeing her at the hearing, described Ford as having "crazy eyes."  I've been watching the hearing on Fox while at work, with the sound off and closed captioning on, and if I was being kind I would describe Ford as looking extremely neurotic and emotionally fragile. If I was being unkind I would describe her as looking completely crazycakes. That's just going by how she looks and not what she's saying.
