Ex-Navy sailor pardoned by Trump says he's suing Comey and Obama

A former Navy sailor who is one of five people to receive a pardon from President Donald Trump is planning to file a lawsuit against Obama administration officials, alleging that he was subject to unequal protection of the law.

Specifically, Kristian Saucier, who served a year in federal prison for taking photos of classified sections of the submarine on which he worked, argues that the same officials who meted out punishment to him for his actions chose to be lenient with Hillary Clinton in her use of a private email server and handling of classified information.

His lawyer, Ronald Daigle, told Fox News on Monday that the lawsuit, which he expects to file soon in Manhattan, will name the U.S. Department of Justice, former FBI Director James Comey and former President Barack Obama as defendants, among others....

Trump Pardoned A Former Navy Sailor, who was imprisoned for taking photos of classified areas on a submarine. Kristian Saucier took the photos back in 2009. He pled guilty in 2016 claiming that he only took the photos as mementos. But the prosecutor claimed he was disgruntled and had taken pictures that threatened National Security. They also said he obstructed Justice when he destroyed his camera and laptop.

Saucier saw a double standard in the Justice System. He feels if we are not going to charge Hillary for her part in mishandling classified documents, then why should they have gone after him? So he is planning to go after Comey and Obama who perpetuated this injustice.

A sailor who was pardoned by President Donald Trump for violating the espionage act is suing former President Barack Obama and former FBI Director James Comey for unequal protection of the Law.

Navy seaman Kristian Saucier was sentenced to one year in federal prison for taking pictures aboard the USS Alexandria, a nuclear submarine he was working on in 2009.

Saucier told Fox News his lawsuit contends Obama, Comey and the Justice Department unfairly punished him while letting former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton off without any prosecution for her unauthorized use of a non-secured, private email server for her official government work.

“They interpreted the law in my case to say it was criminal but they didn’t prosecute Hillary Clinton,” Saucier told Fox News. “Hillary is still walking free. Two guys on my ship did the same thing and weren’t treated as criminals. We want them to correct the wrong.”

Clinton was found to have sent, received and stored classified emails on the home-brew server by Comey during the 2016 presidential election but Comey chose to not refer the case to Attorney General Loretta Lynch for prosecution.

A political stunt to point out the two separate systems of justice we have now in the USA.... one for the Democrats and one for everybody 'else'.  A total waste of time, IMO.... since the lamestream media will never report on it, and by the time there is any judgement, the left will have probably managed to censor ....er....ah..... This is exactly what should happen. The courts were where the Left did most of their damage to American customs, traditions, culture and values.

This needs to happen over each and every democrat hypocrisy and/or insanity.
