Operation Desert Stormy is over already? That was fast.
Primary goal, I'm sure, was to give Putin time to get his naval vessels and troops/advisors to safety.You can be sure that they had 24/7 orbital cameras on Syria to make sure they could track movements of chemical weapons, etc..

Why would any Russian personnel be in or near the facilities hit in the strike?
So....another Kabuki show? Figures.
We've been bombing terrorists in Syria since Obama's 2nd term. Why are some whining about it now?
Who is whining, @TomSea? I do see some, myself included, questioning the wisdom of getting further involved in a middle eastern civil war.
'Advisor' capacity?But they sure did rapidly get all their ships out of the port/harbors.
They went after the chemical weapons facilities. They weren't going there to start WWIII.How much you wanna bet Assad won't dare pull any stunt like this again. Kabuki show........
Awww....maybe they're ticked off that this POTUS means business?

If it's true that we gave them a week's notice to get their ducks in a row (ie Kabuki show).... then I would bet that Assad will pull another stunt, and another. What, exactly, is really stopping him? The only thing that would stop him is for us to go in and destroy those chemical labs and chemicals without prior notice or warning. Right?
.....and how does that make you feel? {{{pen in hand with writing pad}}}
69 missiles last time, this time? What? 103 or something... so almost double...
But... wouldn't "meaning business" have been going in immediately and destroying the chemical labs? Just sayin/askin....
