If forced to show up in Mueller's office or before a grand jury, he should take the 5th and not be questioned.  He cannot tell the truth as he doesn't know what that is; it changes for him every minute.  If he takes the 5th, they either charge him with a crime or not.

Since this is a witch hunt, that would be appropriate. If he got the color of his socks wrong under oath, they could charge him with perjury. Clam up, take the 5th, and tell them to pound sand. Why hasn't Hillary been prosecuted yet? Because of this BS.

The fact of the matter is a sitting president can't be indicted by a civilian criminal court whilenin office.

So all of this speculation by the left about criminal charges against the President for refusing to respond to a subpoena from Mueller is all fantasy and wishful thinking on their part.

As long as Trump remains President, he cannot be charged with a crime.  He would first have to be impeached and removed from office.

Well, I agree with your terminology. It is, indeed, a witch-hunt.

On one side we have the egregious violations of National Security protocols, tens of thousands of public documents destroyed, and likely treason, not to mention firearms trafficking and collusion with agents of a foreign power to influence elections, and other felonies too numerous to mention here.
Somehow that 2000 lb gorilla in the room has become part of the decor.

On the other side, they are digging deep, trying to find a campaign finance violation or trick the POTUS into perjury.
