Senate Democratic leader says border wall offer 'off the table'

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer said on Tuesday he had withdrawn an offer to provide some funding for Republican President Donald Trump’s desired border wall with Mexico because it had been part of a larger agreement that was not honored.
 

“That was part of a package ... The wall offer is off the table,” Schumer told journalists.

And Rotters News Agency reported something they got from Chuck as fact.

Yawn. I'll worry about Trump agreeing with this when it's reported by someone with more credibility, like the National Enquirer.

He had to take the offer off the table - Trump had already refused it.
