Trump praises 'Crazy Jim Acosta': 'Thank you for your honesty!'

President Trump on Tuesday interpreted a tweet from CNN reporter Jim Acosta as a sign that even Acosta, a constant foil of the White House, believes Trump won the shutdown showdown against Democrats.

"Even Crazy Jim Acosta of Fake News CNN agrees: “Trump World and WH sources dancing in end zone: Trump wins again...Schumer and Dems caved...gambled and lost.” Thank you for your honesty Jim!" Trump tweeted Tuesday morning.

Not sure making them eat crow so publicly is going to be good long term.  Perhaps the dems wont choose so poorly next time but I kinda doubt it.
