WASHINGTON — A federal grand jury in Washington, DC, on Friday approved the first charges in the investigation led by special counsel Robert Mueller, according to sources briefed on the matter. The charges are still sealed under orders from a federal judge. Plans were prepared Friday for anyone charged to be taken into custody as soon as Monday, the sources said. It is unclear what the charges are.A spokesman for the special counsel’s office declined to comment.

Hmmm could be anyone..my guess Manafort or Flynn....
My feeling is if it was Manafort, they’d be anxious to get it leaked, because he’s been associated with the Trump campaign. The silence and late Friday release made me wonder.
You can bet your azz it's a republican.
If it's Manafort, wouldn't that put Podesta in the crosshairs --- since Manafort worked for Podesta's firm?
Most pundits on twitter saying it's Manafort
My money's on this guy.
You would think..unless Manafort sings...
