I know, but the number has risen to historic levels now.  Think about it - 80% of the people living here pay a grand total of 5% of income taxes, and some want to raise income taxes on the 20%.  Bad thinking.

I'm sitting at my desk in my lab, and I have a wall about eight feet in front of me.  I may as well be talking to that.

As an aside, the best thing I ever did when I moved here was putting my (computer) lab right off my living room. I have to keep my benches and desk presentable, but the trade-off is marvelous. My view from my desk is right out the north facing picture window across the living room... looking approximately northeast at the Whitefish and Columbia mountain ranges.

It is AMAZING to have sunlight, and often I will set my test benches to work, and retire to my Lazy Boy with my cup, operating everything by RDP.  Beats the living crap out of being a basement troll, with maybe one high window and concrete bouncing the rf gain around.

What you are referring to was during the presidential campaign when it was implied [and Trump repeated it] that Ted Cruz's father might have been involved with Oswald and the assassination of JFK. Quite ironic...  because now President Trump has released some secret documents related to the JFK assassination.

Why does it NOT bother you that under the GOP's proposed tax plan taxes will INCREASE for many lower and middle income people in order to pay for tax cuts for the rich ??

 Much of what the GOP is "giving" in tax cuts...  it will take away from others in tax increases.

The GOP is eliminating inflation-indexed personal exemptions and higher standard deductions that help low and middle income people... to use the money saved from that to help pay for the tax cuts for the rich... just like the GOP wants to use the money saved from eliminating the deduction for state taxes to help pay for tax cuts for the rich.

In short, the GOP is robbing poor Peter to pay rich Paul.
