I've defended Bush, I've defended Romney and hindsight is 20/20.

But Iraq became a big mess after Bush left office, Obama, in effect, drew about all of our soldiers in there and ISIS rose in the vacuum. That is like the worst consequence that could have happened.

You stopped it right there?    I read a lot,  and so let me paint you a slightly different picture.

Obama is a fool,  and arrogant for no reason.  He's never accomplished anything noteworthy in his life,  and that includes even writing his own book,  but he is desperate for praise.

Bush toppled Dictator Saddam Hussein.

Envious little nobody Obama who was seated as President by the powers of the corrupt media,  decided he wanted to topple a dictator too!   He Topples Muammar Gaddafi,  and then starts transhipping weapons through Libya destined for "moderate Muslim extremists"  who were intent on overthrowing Bashar al-Assad.  (Because he wanted to topple TWO dictators to one up Bush!)

These people were *ISIS*.    They immediately went off the script that Obama and Hillary were so stupid to believe they would follow,  and they started consolidating their power in Iraq and Syria,  and thanks to the Obama stupidity of pulling out our troops,   they easily captured all the equipment we left behind in Iraq.  (might even have been the plan for them to do so.  Obama's an idiot.)

To make a long story short,  Obama and Hillary  CREATED ISIS.

Are you sure Dubya didn't create ISIS? I don't buy this stuff, the Assads helped kill 220 Marines back in 1983, they are a terrorist sponsor, they allowed Jihadists to cross into Iraq and kill America.

I don't buy this either:

Former U.S. Military Official Says George W. Bush Created ISIS
President George W. Bush holds a news conference in the Brady Press Briefing Room at the White House on Jan. 12, 2009.

Lt. General Michael Flynn, former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency, says the Bush administration played a large part in the creation of the Islamic State. (Chip Somodevilla/Getty Images)

Lt. General Michael Flynn isn't afraid to speak up when it comes to his views on America's handling of ISIS.

He has even gone so far as to predict another 9/11 attack.

FR has some good guys but this theory smacks of those who are over the top, no one with legitimacy says this.

And I'm glad Trump bombed Assad, I'm happy when, if deserving, Israel hits them too.

I know I'll get pummeled for this, but I STILL thank the LORD that Trump was elected President, a president who wants to secure our borders and preserve this nation.

I don't think we'd still have a country now if he were.........

Others don't mind raining on others parades.

Does Bush really want open borders to demographically change so much of our country?

Republicans and Democrats want open borders for two different reasons.

Democrats want it to overturn White Rule
Republicans want it for the cheap labor

Where was this speech when Obama was in the White House?

Good question.  He kept quiet while the idiot left attacked him non-stop, 24/7 and mercilously for his eight years.... and then he kept quiet while Barack Hussein Obama destroyed ....er... 'fundamentally transformed' America for another eight frigging years.....

and NOW he bleats up???

Sorry guys.  I voted for him, but I realize more and more now/lately....  they are all vipers under the skin/cloak.

All of them.

And Bush was compromised (podded?) during his 2nd term in office.  Fact.

No quarter given to the enemy within...ever.

You can vote your way into socialism, but you have to shoot your way out of it.

Golly Bush and McCain are reading from the same crib notes. The Establishment is striking back - with limp wrists, as usual.

I hate the Bushies with every ounce of my being, every ounce of my soul. I hate every single thing about them, from the way they walk and talk to every idiotic thing they did in office.

To me, they are the worst people to have ever walked the face of the earth.

IMO all of this is very positive - it simplifies things immensely. Its now easy to see where everyone stands.

No more political two card monte. On one hand there're the statists who envision building their utopia on earth, all of us packed into a great indistinguishable tightly controlled market, with unlimited earning potential for oligarchs and power & influence for the bureaucrats; and then there are the rest of us who want to be left alone to live our lives in the nation our forebears bequeathed to us.

I don't know if Trump sees it this way but he'd better start.

It's becoming more obvious by the hour IMHO.

Its good to remember that the man upon who's coattails they slithered into power had not much use for them, either.

I used to have some respect for Dubya. But the POS held his voice for eight years of obama/regressive tyranny. Now the bastard speaks.

F'ck all of the bushes...they are dead to me. Worse than a kennedy.... at least you knew they were the enemy.

He couldn't say a word about that piece of sh*t human garbage that occupied the White house (Due to the Media power electing this meritless man)  for eight years,   but he has to open his mouth about someone who is actually doing some good?

I met George W Bush. (1994)   As I shook his hand I looked down.  Tassled Penny Loafers,  the kind I associate with no-work  yuppies.

Clueless like his father.

Got you beat, I shook the hand of the man who shook Idi Amins hand. In small town Oklahoma no less...not bad I say ...for a Simple Bricklayer.

We elected another classless politician from Texas when we got W,  And growing up in Austin, I had thought that nothing could be worse than LBJ.

OK, I know, LBJ was really bad.

Just like his daddy, W is an establishment one-worlder. He has more in common with BJ and Bammy than with a true conservative like Cruz. I guess he was better than Gore.

There was that.

Sad really.

Well, he was right....still has a certain demographic voting Democrat..... I think he called them "Naggers"... or maybe "Knellers".

Relax, it was a no brainer. Hillary Clinton was and is a walking cesspool. The fact she came within earshot of the presidency still keeps me awake at night.

Now I lay me down to sleep I thank the Lord Trump’s soul to keep.

Bush 2 was a burn-out around six years into his presidency. I mean the last couple years with his speeches and few interviews he was barely coherent.

I don't think he's ever fully recovered from the stress he incurred. I've seen him interviewed in the last year or two and it just seems a few marbles are missing upstairs.

Plus he probably believes that Trump kept his brother Jeb from becoming president. When the fact of the matter is Jeb accomplished that all by himself by being a total dud in the debates along with his lackadaisical campaign.

When I was young I was taught that "God is no respecter of persons"  and nor should we be.

For that reason,  I don't look at celebrities with awe.   Of course it's a little tough when you are shaking hands with Moses.  :)
