Spending rent and food money on crack is an addiction.
Losing a home from gambling is an addiction.
Continuing to smoke while coughing up blood is an addiction.
Drinking after being diagnosed with cirrhosis is an addiction.
Trump is demonstrating that his Twitter habit is a real addiction. It causes him much more grief than good, and yet he cannot stop doing it. It seems that he just can't help it. He is behaving irrationally with this. POTUS having a twitter-fight with mayor of London? This is surreal.
I don't care if he tweets. In fact, in some ways it's a good thing. But he has to run his tweets through his staff before publishing them. Otherwise, he tends to wind up undermining or embarrassing his staff, or himself. But as i pointed out, I'm not sure he is able to control himself.
