Let's try this again, slower this time.
Pick any point you choose in recent history and tell me the press was only a little biased, slightly left of center, or just kinda sorta dishonest. You pick the point, go ahead, and I'll prove you wrong.
The truth of the matter is the liberal press has been waging war on the American way of life for a long, long time. In case I'm going too fast for you, this means pre-Trump. Go back to Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush or Obama and I can hand you a mountain of evidence proving my point. If you are of the opinion that the press has only recently turned ultra radical then you have a very poor memory or simply have refused to pay attention. This is a you problem.

Prior to the launch of CNN in 1980 we relied upon the three major networks and newspapers for our news. By the time the internet became well established we had the ability to read foreign newspapers online. Both of these developments provided the American public with new perspectives, another angle from which to view the "news". A story reported overseas about Dog Bites Man became something completely different by the time the US media twisted it around into Man Bites Dog.
We simply had more sources to compare similar stories. Red flags were popping up faster than you could count them if you decided to take a few minutes out of your day to compare apples and apples. And it's not just what the US media chose to report, it is also what they chose not to report. Do you think the US media was oblivious to the twice-weekly reports by Ambrose Evans-Pritchard of the London Telegraph detailing the Clinton corruption in Arkansas? It's pretty obvious that if I could read these stories online so could hundreds of journalists across America. They simply made the decision to bury the facts that could bring down a presidency. And there were plenty of facts to bury.
Make no mistake I'm talking about all the US media. It wasn't just CNN or the NY Times that chose to bury the facts, add the Wall Street Journal and Forbes magazine to the list whose editors chose to kill these stories, causing more than just a few journalists to quit in protest.
The examples are endless, I just listed one of the most glaring, and they are all pre-Trump.

Don't try to make the case that the media suddenly turned rabid because of Trump or that he brings these attacks upon himself. You're missing the bigger picture. What we see play out today is nothing but a continuation of a decades old dishonest and fraudulent media conspiring against truth and justice.
