Protestors crash McConnell's speech

Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's speech at a local chamber of commerce event was quickly interrupted by a pair of protestors on Thursday.
 
The Kentucky Republican kicked off his speech defending the hundreds of protestors outside of the event calling protesting "about as American as apple pie."
 
"We welcome all these folks who have things on their mind. I would say I think its pretty clear what they're protesting and that's the outcome of last year's election," he added.
