If that's the case he isn't as smart as we are being led to believe is he!....he should have kept his mouth shut if he is so easily led to make a statement dissing the person who nominated him.
here is Kelly Ayotte's statement
Gee, you're right. Gorsuch didn't actually use the word "Trump" in his statement, so he must not have been referring to Trump.
This is what you say, and what Ayotte says, he said:
that he finds any criticism of a judge’s integrity and independence disheartening and demoralizing.
Now, I know I'm not the brightest bulb in the bunch, but I do know that (a) Trump called into question a judge's integrity and independence (which he has done several times), and (b) Gorsuch says that he finds that disheartening and demoralizing.
And I can draw the obvious inference: Gorsuch finds Trump's statements disheartening and demoralizing.
So, the only liar here is Kelly Ayotte, if we want to start accusing people of not telling the truth.
