Texas is very important, not just as electoral votes, but also as the shockwave their support has on all the nation, so if the governor of Texas endorse you then that is a big thing!

And exactly that happened today! This is huge message to all republicans to unite behind Trump and beat the crap out of Hillary.

In case anyone isn't aware of the situation, Greg Abbott was a serious Cruz supporter and is now a serious Trump supporter.

BFD.  Abbott endorsed Trump back in May.  He's just trying to boost him, since Trump only leads Hillary by 6 points.

Well at least unknown is admitting there is a game to change, meaning Trump is losing. When the term game changer is used, that is what it normally implies and that something is happening or has happened to reverse it.    However like others have pointed out this is an old endorsement and news cycle ran out long long ago.

Exactly.  New York liberal Donald Trump is such a disastrous candidate and such an all around despicable human being that with just weeks left until his inevitable and assured landslide loss to a well-documented lying criminal his supporters are desperate to try to provide some evidence of his worth with a stale story they deem a "game changer".    Whatever will they say when, in spite of this "game changing" endorsement, he loses anyway?
