The simple fact is that some people are scum who wouldn't have been happy unless Cruz had been shooting children at the border.

The idea of simple kindness horrifies them.

Duncan Hunter Sr was as tough on border control as they come but he donated to his brother's efforts to leave water in the desert so illegals didn't die.
