One by one, the #NeverTrumpers will fall, as they realize the only two people who have a shot at winning the White House are GOP nominee Donald Trump or his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton.

Brad Thor, who has been in the #NeverTrump camp since the beginning and is a respected conservative author, came to this realization on Tuesday, throwing his support behind Mr. Trump. It wasn’t a pretty endorsement, but it was an endorsement all the same.

“Yesterday, Dr. [Hugh] Hewitt tried (yet again) to help guide America to the best (and only) option available to us. I lost a lot of sleep last night reading and then re-reading his words. I awoke this morning with a more nuanced view. Drug #1 (Hillary Clinton) will kill us — no question. Drug #2 (Donald Trump) might kill us, but it also might: A) Slow the cancer, or even B) Cure the cancer,” Mr. Thorwrote in HotAir.com, a conservative site that is part of Townhall Media.

“It’s a lot to hope for, I know, but hope is all we have left. We have exhausted every other avenue. Make no mistake — I believe one hundred percent in standing on principle. Principle, in this case though, will not cure cancer. Sadly, that crappy clinic south of the border is starting to look like our only option,” he wrote.

Hewitt's the one who's turned me off. I always respected him, but he's on this "if only for SCOTUS" kick. 

And there is no evidence Trump ever follows through on a commitment.  I do like Michael Medved and he's struggling with his decision.  He has to maintain some level of objectivity for his audience, but if he folds, I'm done with all of these talk show idiots.

Trump always degrades those who opposed him then support him. Look at the way he treated Chris Christie like an errand boy or tossed Ben Carson and Sarah Palin aside when he was done with them.

However, the fact that they were willing to engage in undignified groveling only encouraged Trump. Its why Ted Cruz enraged Trump so much.

I am not a NeverTrump, and I am definitely a NeverHillary.  That does not mean I will vote for Trump, but it does mean I will refrain from harming his chances to defeat Hillary, and I may even vote for him if it turns out my vote might make a difference.

To me, the NeverTrump position is untenable, given the nature of the Clintons.

The person who I feel would do the best job as president has absolutely zero chance if I don't vote for him, or write his name in and has a chance (regardless of how minuscule) if I vote for him or write his name in.  There comes a point in time when people need to realize that evil is evil.  Voting for  one of two evils is a wasted vote; voting your conscience is a vote that matters.
